As a Service Coordinator, I keep things running on time! Scheduling our nationwide network of technicians to meet the service level agreements for each customer. I love working in this fast-paced environment surrounded by enthusiastic team members all working together to accomplish our goals.

I started my MaxGen career as a ROC Technician and promoted into my current role as a Performance Reporting Analyst. I find it very fulfilling helping our customers understand the performance of their assets and identifying areas of improvement towards the clean energy future.

As a Client Service Manager, we work directly with each customer to match their requirements and obligations with our Operations Team’s execution and expertise.
