I take pride in the sites that I serve for our customers. Local ownership and teamwork to help our customers maximize their clean energy generation. It’s great to be a part of a company that puts our technicians first, continues to grow and is a part of the clean energy future.


Iliana, Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, I keep things running on time! Scheduling our nationwide network of technicians to meet the service level agreements for each customer. I love working in this fast-paced environment surrounded by enthusiastic team members all working together to accomplish our goals.


Jackie, Performance Analyst

I started my MaxGen career as a ROC Technician and promoted into my current role as a Performance Reporting Analyst. I find it very fulfilling helping our customers understand the performance of their assets and identifying areas of improvement towards the clean energy future.


Simon, Client Service Manager

I love working for a company that puts people first so we can care for the customers. As a Client Service Manager, we work directly with each customer to match their requirements and obligations with our Operations Team’s execution and expertise. Simply put, by having our customers’ cares and concerns at the core of our business, we aim to look after their assets as if they were our own.

In my role as Customer Experience Manager, customer feedback is key to our continuous improvement process. Delivering a great customer experience requires that everyone in the company is aligned to our company culture. This is why I’m so excited about MaxGen and what we do for our customers.

Leading the Customer Onboarding Team, we get to work with all our new clients and set them up for success. Establishing monitoring connections, building annual service plans and detailed work procedures, my team spends the time and care needed to set up our team for success.

As the Accounts Receivables Lead, my team works to accurately capture all the work information and create a customer-friendly invoice that is clear and easy to understand.
